I’d found an item I liked and whilst trying to decide whether or not to buy it it sold out. I put it onto my Wishlist and a few weeks later was notified by e-mail that it was back in stock - so I went straight on and bought it. This was brilliant. Website was easy to use - to find what I wanted and check out etc. I’m new to this company but would definitely use again in future

I was trying to apply a 10 percent code which I had been sent via email but I kept getting and error message come up. When I spoke to a chat agent they said to place the order and they will take 10 percent off. I placed the order but the chat had ended when I returned to it. The next advisor wasn’t as helpful and said to send a screenshot on the message centre which I’ve done and now awaiting a response. It’s taken something which should be simple and made it complicated and a bit stressful.

The item arrived as described within the delivery dates given and I was able to track the item on it's journey via an email link. I was surprised that it was dispatched from America rather than from within the UK but this did not cause any issues or additional charges.

Unable to fulfill confirmed orders
I bought two backpacks as gifts, only to recurve sn email a week later stating that they didn't have the stock to fulfill the order for either backpack. The fact that two out of two of my ordered items were not in stock is not acceptable. They even stated in the email that they were unable to source additional stock, meaning they knowingly sold items they didn't have to sell in the first place.
Orders with food???
Ordered 4 pops from them, 2 were being despatched from the USA and 2 from the UK. The UK ones arrived and quickly but on opening the packaging found they had chewing gum smeared over them and they looked like returned items. They are part of THE HUT GROUP and had similar shocking quality delivered orders from Zavvi and Pop in a Box. No matter how good the offer might be is it worth ordering from them knowing there is a high chance it will be delivered damaged or with someone else's food on it. Keep clear. This was my second order from them and the first one looked like it had been stamped on to fit in the despatch box

After reading a few negative comments, and this being my first purchase with very neko I was nervous to order.
But I am really impressed with the bargain loungefly bag I ordered and the timely delivery considering it’s so close to Christmas!
Will definitely order more items in the future!

Excellent Lego Star Wars Order
Excellent customer service by chat.
Well-packed item in a sturdy box with plenty of bubbles (I'm a collector and quality is really important to me). Quick delivery with very updated tracking, and excellent communication. I ordered a Lego Star Wars set which is sold out everywhere, I'm so happy to get one. I got a referral discount as well. Absolutely satisfied with them. I will order again from them and also will recommend them.
Orders accepted without having the stock and have to chase refund
I purchased 2 lego advent calendars on 25th November. My order was accepted and payment was taken.
On 1st December i received an email saying they didn't have the stock and my order was therefore cancelled and i would receive a full refund in 3-5 working days.
This left no time to buy elsewhere as everywhere else sold out by this time.
13th December still no refund. I was unable to contact the company by email (because it bounced : address not found) and they didn't pick up the phone. Got on chat on website who initiated a refund. They could not advise where to lodge a complaint -instead telling me to check social media ....

Awful company
Awful company. Sold items under false pretense.
Bought from the UK website but came from the US and got hit with a £54 customs charge and thwy are refusing to refund me.
Having to go through my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE MONEY!!
Goods not sent
Had to chase up my order over a week after getting tracking details that it had been dispatched even though the tracking details said they were waiting for veryneko to give them the package, got in contact to be told it’ll have to be classed as lost now and they will have to refund as they no longer have the stock to resend me!! which is funny because I ordered a mystery bag so they’re basically saying they have zero bags in stock??? Won’t be ordering from here again wish I’d checked the reviews before purchasing really but they seemed like a legit company
Very Neko never posted my goods
Very Neko never passed my purchase on to royal mail, despite sending me tracking info. The tracking showed that royal mail were waiting for my parcel for several days. I had to chase the order myself, despite the problem being with the very neko warehouse (as informed by VN themselves) I've no idea just how long they would have kept my money for without posting my goods, but I won't use them again.

Massively disappointed
Massively disappointed, ordered an item (Lego Advent Calendar) payment taken, item ordered then days later, when I should be getting delivery, I receive an email saying the item is not available and the order is cancelled, and now I ALSO have a disappointed child and have to wait for the refund.. if you don't have the item in stock DONT TAKE THE ORDER
Won't be using again !
Update : Liam, there was no message. Also, its been 5 working days, WHERE IS MY REFUND ???

It appears you cannot keep track of stock, as I was able to place an order only to be emailed 5 days later that you could not fulfil order..
Would not have placed order and could have continued my search for item. Now only available from re-sellers at inflated prices...

Ordered a Lego advent calendar from Veryneko at the weekend, then received an email days later when I was expecting it to arrive informing me that my order had been cancelled due to them no longer having any in stock, and being unable to source anymore! So disappointed as I’ve now missed out on other opportunities to buy the item elsewhere. Cannot understand why they would have it available for purchase on their site when they don’t have the stock to fill the orders. Absolutely gutted and will not be shopping from them again.
